I am an MSc (International Human Resource Management) student of Birmingham City University and I am conducting a research on “the investigation of barriers to the progression of ethnic minorities within the operational function at WMFS”. Your participation is very important to the success of this research in order to get the true picture of the barriers to the progression of ethnic minorities within WMFS and suggestions to how the barriers can be overcome.
