You are invited to participate in our Questionnaire on paediatric patient care and well being. In this survey, people will be asked to complete a series of questions about key principles affecting paediatric patients stay in hospital, and the information available to parents/guardians or family members. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire and all contributions will be highly valued.
