Hello Clermont Parents/Guardians:
You are invited to participate in our survey regarding the new FCPS initiative called BYOD (Bring your own Device) to school. By participating in this survey, our PPTAC and school team will be able to develop the BYOD guidelines for Clermont ES, with your input in mind.
Your participation in the survey is completely voluntary. The survey is short, and should only take three minutes to complete. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point.
The survey will open on Tuesday, November 13th at 4:00 PM and close on Thursday, November 15th at 4:00 PM. This will provide you with 48 hours to respond to the questions. The survey results will be shared with the PPTAC technology subcommittee on the evening of Thursday, November 15th, so they can begin drafting our BYOD guidelines.
Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential. If you have questions at any time about the survey or the procedures, you may contact Janet Molan at 703-921-2400 or by email at
[email protected]
.
Thank you very much for your time and support. Please start with the survey now by clicking on the continue button below.
