We are currently discerning if we should move forward and develop a program that would allow us to be more intentional with student formation. The initial idea is to develop a fellows program that would target incoming MDiv (and possibly MTS) students and create the space for intentional CFR engagement with a cohort of students over their time at DDS. The program could potentially include the following components: coursework, apprenticeship, community involvement, spiritual formation, and job search support. |
