ConAgra Foods & Ralcorp: TEMP LABOR

INTRODUCTION

As previously communicated by Stacey Taylor and Craig Weiss, we continue to work together across our organization to identify and capture synergy savings opportunities in ways that will allow us to fully leverage the scale and capabilities of ConAgra Foods.

Contingent (Temp) labor is a critical component of ConAgra Foods’ synergy strategy. Currently, a team is actively working on several potential strategies, one of which is to explore the market and work with suppliers to understand the offerings and capabilities that we could use to further improve efficiencies as well as reduce costs.

Please complete this brief survey (approximately 15 minutes) to gather critical information about your temp labor process, which will help us further develop and align our strategy.
