Hello!
You are invited to participate in our survey on Culturally Safe Workplaces for Indigenous Staff and Clients. Approximately 150 social and health care leaders in BC are being asked to complete a survey that asks questions about:
-  their organization's current practices in support of cultural awareness, understanding and safety
-  their interest in and need for information, resources and support to enhance cultural awareness, understanding and safety for Indigenous staff and clients.
This information will inform the development of information and resources on culturally safe workplaces for social and health care organizations. This work is being supported by a Vancouver Foundation Fostering Change grant and all leaders who are being invited to participate will be given access to the findings and resources.

The survey  will take approximately 10 minutes to complete the survey. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. 

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
