Hello you.

Thanks for taking the time for helping me build out a Culture Assessment, for the purposes of my MBA Studies. This is not an official work question, and your responses received will not be shared with anyone beyond my lecturer (the person marking my assignment) without your prior approval.

The questionnaire should take no longer than 3 minutes of your time, and is completely optional.

Your inputs will be used to build a Cultural profile of the company, and will be very general. It will ultimately help build a 'map' of what values are important to Veda.

By selecting "I Agree" - you agree this information will be collected and used by Ryan Hunt for the purpose of an MBA Assignment and will not be shared with anyone (except for the lecturer marking my assignment) without your further prior approval. If you wish to see the results of your input, I'm more than happy to provide them.
