Customer Profile Validation Process - Business Process Measurement Sheet

Purpose of this tracker:
Measure the performance of the data collection/verification business process to track how long it takes the process to collect and verify customer profiles.
Why this is important:
Tracking process capability allows us to baseline and improve its performance, to ultimately reduce the amount of time it takes to collect and verify customer profiles.
How this will be used:
We will track process performance on a periodic basis. First to baseline the process, and subsequently to measure improvements in process lead time and data accuracy.
