I have finally been able to organise this survey and hope you will be able to participate. The aim is to establish how effective the Redeployment Team, especially myself, are in helping staff who find themselves at risk. I would appreciate any feedback you are able to give.

I am sending this invitation to all staff who have now been redeployed to enable us to get a complete overview. The survey asks questions about the redeployment process and your feelings about it. It will hopefully only take a few minutes to complete.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. I feel that it is very important for us to learn your true opinions.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential, unless you advise us otherwise.
