You will be asked questions about the knowledge of the (TQM) total quality management methods and techniques.

I am a student of the University of Canada west, I am completing my degree in MBA (Master of business administration).
I have to complete this research study in the field of total quality management (TQM) in construction companies.
My research topic is the “Best approach to implement the TQM methods within the construction companies to achieve better customer relationships”.
The purpose of this survey is to gather information on customer satisfaction. We have set a client satisfaction survey based on 8 simple questions.
The enclosed customer survey is based on our new clients and their needs. If you are agree to participate this survey will take 5 to 10 minutes of your time to complete.

The data gathered by me will only be used for academic purposes.
