My name is Sarah Pace and I am a post-graduate student at Middlesex University in London. For my dissertation, I am examining travellers’ perception towards anonymity in user generated platforms. I am kindly inviting you to participate in this research study by completing the attached survey. Participation is strictly voluntary and you may refuse to participate at any time.


The questionnaire will require approximately minutes to complete and all answers will remain anonymous. It consists of three sections, kindly complete all three sections. For the benefit of the study, please take note of the following definitions:


Anonymous reviews: When the person writing the review (reviewer) has an unknown or unacknowledged name.
Travel related services: Includes hotel bookings, airlines, restaurants, attractions, car rentals etc.
