Eliminating Non-Value Adding Process in SC

Good Day All,

I am currently pursing my MBA with specialization in Logistics and Supply Chain Management and as part of my course I am required to conduct research project.

The aim of the research is to explore strategy to eliminate non-value adding processes and activities in the Supply Chain (SC) hereby helping to reduce costs, increase efficiencies and establish a baseline for strategic decision making.
In this survey, approximately thirty (3) respondents will be asked to complete a questionnaire that asks questions about the supply chain strategy. It will take approximately ten (10) minutes to complete the questionnaire. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for me to learn your opinions.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
