Dear CHSS Dean's Office Staff:

To help ITU properly prepare for the University's transition to a new email and calendar service, we have been asked to assess mechanisms and the quantity of "local only" storage currently being used for emails and contacts. Knowing how much vital information is stored off the university's server(s) will help them plan a bridge to facilitate a smooth migration from one system to the next. The change is anticipated to occur before the Summer 2013 semester.

The questions asked via this simple survey of each person in our unit will be used as a rough guide for the cumulative need throughout the University. Please note that it may be appropriate to select more than one answer for each question. Multiple answers are allowed.
