Do you feel people are held accountable in Trading & Clearing? If you answered no, please provide recent examples from the last 12 months where you believe someone was not held accountable. Also please provide suggestions on how you would improve accountability in T&C

Would you be interested in joining any team building exercises? If so how frequently and what would you like to see? Please provide examples of both work related activates like Myers-Briggs as well as things like Happy Hours.

How often (often, sometimes, rarely) do you work with the following teams (Trading, Pricing, New Products, Reg Ops, Acct Controls, Ops Compliance) . Based upon those interactions how would you rate your interactions with the management and/or staff? Also what would you like to see differently? Finally what do they do you feel those teams do well and what have they improved the most.
