The ESOP Committee wants to serve all of MacPherson's employee-owners to the best of our ability. In order to do that, we need to know what MacPherson's is doing well, where we need improvement, and what aspects of the ESOP are unclear. This is the second iteration of this survey, and as such, it will provide us with our first year-to-year comparative analysis. By utilizing this survey as an annual tool we are able to benchmark where we are, currently, as a company. The survey will also provide us with a means for measuring improvements from year to year.
