You are invited to participate in our survey to assist us in testing the market response to our new product service called EcoFriend. The function of EcoFriend is a self-service kiosk to assist us in printing and photocopying of documents at an affordable rate which reduces waiting time at photocopying centers.

The purpose of this project is to help reduce paper wastage in the environment through the use of eco-friendly printers and recycled papers (good quality used papers).

In this survey, approximately 100 people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about their preferences in our product service. It will take approximately 3 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn of your opinions.
