My name is
Tabile Mkoka (216088713), a student at the University of Johannesburg,
currently pursuing my post-graduate diploma in Information Systems Auditing in
the faculty of Management. As part of my study, I am conducting research on the
establishment of information security culture in the work place. The
questionnaire will assist in understanding better some of the factors that
affect the establishment of an information security aware culture in the work
place.



Your
participation in this study is voluntary and your feedback will be kept confidential.
Your feedback is valuable to the research group and will be used as part of the
completion of the above-mentioned qualification. Should you (the respondent)
feel uncomfortable at any point of the completion of this questionnaire, you
may choose to withdraw.
