Facilitation
is an important ingredient of
online communities of practice
. However, it is not yet established exactly what tasks a facilitator has to perform in a communities of practice environment for it to be successful.
This questionnaire aims to shed some light on this area and lay a foundation for understanding facilitation tasks in communities of practice
