information shared in meetings in a clear, comprehensive,
and timely manner.

Lee Middle School has a mission and vision that is shared by all staff.

Faculty members feel that they are valued by their colleagues.

Grade level, grade level team, and department leaders communicate important information in a timely and
effective manner.

Administrators are supportive, attentive, and listen to
concerns and suggestions for improvement.

Faulty members feel comfortable talking to
one another and challenging each others ideas
in a professional manner.

Teachers and staff take the initiative to work collaboratively on grant writing to help with additional funding for the school.

Collaborative and co-teach classes are important aspects of our school.

Teachers receive adequate training regarding collaborative and co-teach models of instruction.

New teacher mentors are receive adequate training in how to best help teachers who are new to the school.
