You are invited to participate in my personal &
professional survey in relation to my work SAS. In this survey, approximately 50+ people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about to assess how I am doing from an "outside perception" at SAS and how I can personally improve professionally and pesonally. This is not a referal request or the like should you wonder. It will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.
