What do you think has been Project of The Year 2015?

Take into consideration the whole project's journey, from start to finish, whether it completed on time and on budget, and its transformation of the property from an architectural viewpoint. Think about what impressed you with a particular project eg. perhaps how the PM handled issues along the way and guided it to completion, or if the interior design scheme was particularly elegant.
You will have an opportunity to give your reasoning below.

PLEASE DO NOT VOTE FOR YOUR OWN PROJECT. VOTES MUST BE FOR A PROJECT YOU WERE NOT PERSONALLY INVOLVED WITH (OR RISK DISQUALIFICATION!). If you need some reminding of each project, the photos are on the PHOTOSTORE O SERVER.

22 Chelsea Square

41 Eaton Square

18 Grosvenor Square

Twenty Grosvenor Square Preview (10NBS marketing suite)

Knights House (45-47 CP)

Albany, Orchid Apartment V

The winning project will be judged on the number of votes it received as well as additional factors such as completing on budget, on time, and how efficiently it was managed. Please explain your reasons for choosing the project which won your vote above:
