We are a group of students who have been trying to create an android application which will help you plan your workout schedules effectively. The name of our team is called "FiTeam" and we need some of your health-related information to help create and improve the development of our application. You are invited to fill in our survey form and it takes approximately 2 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
For each and every participant:
Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.
