Hello Brothers,
The following survey will consist of various criteria where you all may vote for awards that will be presented at Formal 2014.  The criteria and requisites for each award will be presented on the survey.  I am not allowing anyone to vote for themselves which is why I will ask for your name.  The results will not be disclosed to anyone except myself (Charles Marentes) and the formal committee.  Due to me running the poll, I will make myself ineligible for any awards to avoid anyone saying that I "rigged" the awards so that I can win one.  Thanks again and please fill out the survey to the best of your ability even if you do not plan on attending formal.

This will be a vote for the "Butt Buddy" award. Please indicate any duo or trio (or group of people) who you feel are "soulmates" or "Butt buddies". These group of people are always together and are hardly ever apart. Your vote should have two sets of "butt buddies" one for alumni and one for actives. The following award will be the "Sigma of the Year" award. This award recognizes the Active that exemplified excellence and loyalty. This Brother also cast himself in a positive light to better the fraternity and himself. This Active Brother can be seen as the "MVP". This Brother has also maintained active status during the 2013-14 school year. The person with the most votes will be deemed the 2013-14 Sigma of the Year! PICK ONLY ONE.

These two Brothers have really exemplified what it means to be a Sigma both as actives and as an alumni. To be enshrined in the Epsilon Chapter Hall of Fame, the individuals r must have been a Brothers for at least 5 years (must have been a Brother by Fall 2009 or sooner).
