FPB may be forced to raise rates on all customers to cover the increased costs of offering credit / debit payment options without convenience or service fees. How would you rate your support for a rate increase and "no convenience or service fee" option?

Necessary - FPB should accept all popular methods of payment at no cost.

Very high - There are costs for all payment methods which FPB has already absorbed.

Neutral - I wouldn't like the rate increase, but could see myself occasionally using a card if there were no fees.

Not much - I'd prefer rates not increase. I'd prefer to only pay a fee if / when I chose to pay with a card.

No support - Why should I pay for others to use a credit / debit card? There are plenty of free payment options.
