Dear Group,

This survey is designed to gather the opinions of various members of our group -- anonymously -- on our handover process. Among weekend handovers and transfer of MRP responsibilities, our group has several dozen handover events per month. This, of course, excludes the admission handover events.

Considerable research has identified handover events as sources of error and hence potential threats to patient safety. We hope to use this information to develop a more efficient and effective handover process.
