You are invited to participate in our "Tuesday Outings with Packed Lunches" survey. It will take you less than one minute to complete. I promise!
The purpose of this survey is primarily to find out if most families are satisfied with this new procedure and how much the children have adapted to having longer outings on tuesdays and eating lunch outside of Humpty Dumpty facilities.
