You are invited to participate in our survey regrading new equipment enhancements to the Pricne George's County Fire/EMS Department. This survey will seek information that will address clinical, laboratory, and supply issues.

The equipment that will be deployed includes:
* Masimo RAD-57 Non-Invasive COHb Monitoring
* Meridan Cyanokit - Cyanide Antidote
* Vidacare EZ-IO Interosseous Needles
* Nonin 8500 Pulse Oximeter
* DuoDote - Nerve Agent Antidote Kits
