From August 1, 2016- July 31, 2017, did your
company provide an availability to earn year-end guaranteed salary (within your
Suzhou operations’ fixed
compensation salary structure)? Example: Company ABC signs with its employee
Joe in fiscal year 2017 to earn a gross salary of RMB 5,000 per month. At the
end of fiscal year 2017, Joe is still with Company ABC. The company then
provides Joe with an additional RMB 5,000 as a “year-end
guaranteed salary” compensation
for fiscal year 2017 or a prorated amount based on time worked for that period.
