We are exploring the possibility of a local, family-owned pizza franchise adding a catering segment to its business. The company has been in business since 1979 and maintains a 4.5/5 star Yelp satisfaction rating. A team of chefs would come to personal or business functions in the Indianapolis area. Multiple food stations would be set up for guests to pick their meals, customize them, and have them made in front of them on a make-to-order basis.
