Dear workshop attendee,
We look forward to your participation at the ICAN post-conference workshop on 29 September 2016 in Johannesburg, South Africa. In order to maximize usefulness of the day and prepare for discussion sessions, the organizers are asking for your feedback via this brief questionnaire.
All answers to questions will be kept confidential and not linked back to individual responders. Any presentation of answers at the 1-day workshop will be aggregated.
The following questions refer to the WHO Guidelines for the Core Components of Infection Prevention and Control Programmes at the National and Facility Level due for release September 2016. This questionnaire should take 15-20 minutes of your time.
