  • Collecting secure data like credit card number during the chat
  • Collecting website activity (shopping cart, purchasing etc.) and providing summaries to the agent in real time
  • Screen sharing
  • In chat survey during the chat.
In this survey, approximately 1000  people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about their experience with Live Chat software. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
