You are invited to participate in our product develpment initiative. Our Live Chat software features highlights includes: - Collecting secure data like credit card number during the chat
- Collecting website activity (shopping cart, purchasing etc.) and providing summaries to the agent in real time
- Screen sharing
- In chat survey during the chat.
In this survey, approximately 1000 people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about their experience with Live Chat software. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project.
