Implementation and Customer Service Questionaire

You are invited to participate in my survey to explore Viability of a business process outsource model for supporting internet banking at Standard Chartered Bank. On this survey, approximately 10 people will be asked to complete a survey that asks same questions about nature of service received by customers supported by internal staff members vs those customers supported by outsourced companies. This should take you approximately 7 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
