Improving some aspect of customer service at NTC

Dear Respondent,
I am Ruggoo Yogendraduth a BSc student, at School of SBML at the University of Technology of Mauritius. You are invited to participate in a research project entitled Improve some aspect of customer service at NTC.
The aim of this study is to determine the customer satisfaction model that will improve service delivery by NTC.
Through you participation I hope to understand your opinion. The results of the survey are intended to contribute to better service delivery.
Your participation in this project is voluntary. You may refuse to participate or withdraw from the project at any time with no negative consequences. Confidentiality and anonymity of records identifying you as a participant will be maintained by the UTM.
