Background:
Most of general dental offices refer some of their patients to the specialist. Instead of referring to the specialist offices, a cooperation will arrange to have specialists come in instead of referring. These specialists will be working as independent contractors of the cooperation and on a case by case basis. All arrangement, time scheduling and payments of the dental offices for these specialist services will be managed through the cooperation.

Benefits of this service for a general dentist office:
• Create a new source of revenue
• Increase production
• Keep patients in house
• Carry larger range of services in house
• Result in more patient convenience
• Deal with the cooperation who utilizes several specialists instead of dealing with several specialists with different schedules (one point of contact)
