My name is Bobbi Jo Vandendriessche, and I am conducting a research project entitled "Increasing Knowledge about HPV and the HPV Vaccine Among Young Adults Through a College-Based Setting" as part of a Practice Innovation Project at South Dakota State University.
I would like to welcome your participation in this study.
The purpose of the study is twofold. The first goal is to increase HPV and HPV vaccine knowledge among young adults at a Minnesota college. The second goal is to increase the number of young adults who intend to receive the HPV vaccine. You as a student are invited to participate in the study by completing the attached pre-test and education. I would like you to formally invite you to participate in this survey and educational project.
I have contracted with QuestionPro, an autonomous research firm, to field your confidential survey responses. It will take you approximately 25 minutes of your time. Your participation in this project is voluntary and you may withdraw from the study at any time without consequence.
