Innovation Process Self-Assessment
Questions marked with an * are required

Welcome to the Innovation Process self-assessment!

With this self-assessment you will have a chance to learn more about your tendencies for taking initiative with each of the 8 tasks in the innovation process.

This self-assessment does not measure your “level” of innovativeness. It is based upon two premises:
       1. Each of us has the ability to be innovative. Therefore, the main issue is not “Am I innovative?” but rather “HOW am I innovative?”
       2. As individuals, we may have equal potential for being innovative, yet have different preferences for the 8 tasks in the innovation process

There are no right or wrong answers with this self-assessment. It's important that you respond as you actually feel, not as you might think is "ideal.” Your own, true profile is what counts most for you.

We hope you enjoy this opportunity to gain new insights!
