This questionnaire is the important part of my Ph.d thesis entitled “Trends and Progress of Venture Capital in India - A study of selected companies”.The objective of this study is to analyze the trends prevailing in the venture capital and private equity industry in India. The collected responses will be used to extract the investment evaluation criteria followed by the VC-PE firms to invest in private equity and venture capital.
