Dear All,

Please fill out the following form to bid for January tournaments.

Those tournaments are:
Jan. 11-13: Dartmouth
Jan. 18-13: George Washington
Jan. 25-27: Syracuse (NorthAms)

For each tournament please respond:
"No bid" if you do not want to bid for this tournament
"1st choice" if you would like to bid for this tournament and it is your first choice.
"2nd choice" if you would like to bid for this tournament and it is your second choice.
"3rd choice" if you would like to bid for this tournament and it is your third choice.
"Bid without preference" if you would like to bid for this tournament but do not have a preference. Ie. you are equally happy going to this tournament as another one.
