Hello John Howard Staff, Board and Stakeholders:

You are invited to participate in our survey evaluating both the effectiveness of the John Howard Society of Red Deer and the Executive Director, Geoff Smith.

A similar survey was distributed in 2002 and we are interested in identifying changes and or improvements that have taken place over the last few years.


This survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. And while your participation in this study is completely voluntary the more responses we receive the more accurate our findings will be.


Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in groupings (staff, board, other stakeholders). Your information will be coded and will remain confidential, however we have included the option of you adding your name and contact information in the event that follow-up information is required.

Please complete this survey no later than Tuesday May 31st.
