Dear Kinesiology Colleague,
As discussed in previous departmental meetings, we are seeking information regarding individual and collective feelings relating to Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride and Camaraderie in order to make sure we are working collectively toward our stated mission, vision and values statements. The campus-wide trust survey did not allow for departmental data or information and since many of our views about the college are seen through departmental or work group lenses, it was deemed important to obtain this information. We value your honest feedback as a mechanism for future discussion that may lead to improved systems, procedures, etc. All demographic questions have been removed from this survey so that individual respondents can NOT be identified. Mary Remenschneider will administrate the survey and provide us with a summary of the results for us to use internally. It is very important that we hear from everyone about what is going well and what areas need improvement. The survey contains 32 statements and should take about 5 minutes to complete.
Thank you for what you do for the students of the college and our department and thank you in advance for participating in this process. Lets get 100% participation.
