As part of your course you have been looking at people’s attitudes. You are therefore asked to complete the following questionnaire about your attitudes and how you think.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary but it is hoped that you will complete this questionnaire within a week of receiving this email.

It is very important to learn about your attitudes and thoughts. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project but if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point.

Please read each question carefully and answer all of the questions. The questionnaire will take approximately 20 minutes to complete but it must be completed in one sitting. Your general thoughts will be gathered at the end.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate form. Your University ID will be required but this will NOT be used to identify you at all. It is needed simply to track participation levels.

Your information will be coded and will remain confidential. If you have questions at any time about the survey or the procedures, you may contact Cheryl Travers at [email protected].

Thank you very much for your time and support. Please start with the survey now by clicking on the Continue button below.
