As part of your course you have been looking at people’s attitudes. You are therefore asked to complete the following questionnaire about your attitudes and how you think.
Your participation in this study is completely voluntary but it is hoped that you will complete this questionnaire within a week of receiving this email.
It is very important to learn about your attitudes and thoughts. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project but if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point.

The questionnaire will take approximately 20 minutes to complete but it must be completed in one sitting
. Your general thoughts will be gathered at the end.
