Survey Instrument
Instructions
An ERP implementation is the most complex and costly initiative that many organizations undertake. However, organizational efforts related to the ERP do not end with implementation. Once the system is stabilized, organizations struggle with the ongoing efforts aimed at maintaining fit between ERP functionality and business unit needs. Enhancing and maintaining this fit in the post-implementation phase of the ERP lifecycle is critical to achieving long-term benefits, and requires continues investment in terms of time, money, and personnel.
For the purpose of this survey, an executive is the person leading the ERP deployment project in your organization. An ERP implementation is the process by which an organization acquires or upgrades its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and business processes.
This survey contains eight different sections with an average of six questions each. This is a very straightforward survey and should not take more than 15 minutes to complete. Each section contains a set of instructions on how to complete that part of the survey.
