Live Theatre Survery

WOW Productions is currently in the process of seeking confidential, anonymous responses from the community to assist us as we aim to continue to provide quality theatre to the Midlands. You are invited to participate in our study examining the factors that contribute to the participation in the arts. In this survey, you will be asked about your experience within the arts, in particular your experience with life theatre, your participation through media and the barriers that they may encounter while deciding to participate in arts activities. It will take approximately 3 minutes to complete this questionnaire.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is, however, very important for us to learn your opinions.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research is for our understanding and will assist our future marketing decisions.
