Local Area - Care Home - Introduction Evaluation

Hello ............ we are Alert-it Care Alarms who provide Assistive Technology monitors to families, Care homes, Local Authorities, Resellers and Charities. We are hoping to make contact with Managers and/or Owners of Care Homes in Leicestershire to open a dialogue and to find out how we can provide them with the confidence to work with us in any way deem appropriate.
We have prepared a short questionnaire which will take approximately 10 minutes to complete over the phone with me today.

Your participation in this is completely free with a view to finding out how we can support your needs regarding Assistive Technology. Upon completion if you feel it is appropriate for us to arrange a visit to come and meet you face to face with a view to looking into your unique needs we would arrange this. You would also then be given a code to gain a special 15% discount off RRP on any first order. We would also provide information to you on suitable products provided by other companies and possible help via councils etc.
If you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can decline to answer at any point. It is very important for us to learn your views on Assistive Technology.
