Greetings from Océ Business Services' Marketing Department. You may have received notification this week from the VP's of OBS Operations informing you about this survey.

Océ Business Services is planning to introduce a new service to our clients. The service will be about imaging/scanning documents in the mail room.

As part of the new solution development process we are doing market research to identify what our client's needs and wants are. As the Site Manager or Assistant Site Manger, you have special knowledge about your client's documents and about mail room management. This is why you have been selected for the survey.

The survey will take only about 5 minutes on the web browser.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be condensed into a single overview of responses.

If you have questions or if you do not have access to the internet contact Michael DiBella at 212-502-1490 or by email at [email protected].
