I am a Senior Psychology Major at Friends University and I invite you to participate in a study of your preference on the gender of your boss. We hope to learn the preferred gender of one’s direct supervisor.

You were selected as a possible participant in this study because you agreed to follow the link on the previous web site.

If you decide to participate, you will be asked to complete a short survey as well as provide demographic information that will measure your preference of your boss’ gender. The measures will take approximately five minutes to complete.

Any information that is obtained in connection with this study and that can be identified with you will remain confidential and will be disclosed only with your permission. Your IP address will NOT be recorded.

Your decision whether or not to participate will not prejudice your future relation with Friends University. If you decide to participate, you are free to discontinue participation at any time without prejudice.
