This survey is part of the data collection process for a MBA Dissertation project. It will take no more than 8 minutes to complete the questionnaire. The aim of the survey is to investigate the actual usage and usage intention of mobile shopping, no matter if you are or not a user of mobile shopping. For the purpose of this research, mobile shopping has been defined as any transaction with monetary value that is conducted via a mobile device (mobile phone, Smartphone or tablet). Moving forward, mobile shopping will be referred to as m-shopping. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this survey.
