This questionnaire is part of a research study project conducted by Hakan Alyelken, a current employee and Student at The University of Derby Corporate. This questionnaire is focused in regards to investigating and improving the change management process in order to control live implementation changes with minimum disruption to IT services.
There are 10 questions in this survey and it will take no longer than 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
