i.e. Your leader states clearly the daily objectives and the vision of the company to you, so that there will be no misunderstandings.

No: My leader is clueless!!! How did he/she get promoted???!!!

Sometimes: My leader needs to go for serious training.

Yes, but not clearly: My leader mumbles a lot, and maybe he/she doesn't use the correct words.

Frequently, and clearly: I understand clearly what is expected of me and how to be productive.

Yes, at every briefing: My leader is an excellent leader!

Poor: I think an infant understands me better than my leader!!!

Unsatisfactory: My leader needs to listen to us more.

Fair: My leader's listening skill is OK but not much comes out of it.

Good: MY leader listens to us and communicates back to us efficiently. My leader will raise concerns to management for us.

Excellent: My leader is an awesome listener, he/she should be a DE instead!

No: My GSO is from NATO! No Action but All Talk!!!

Sometimes: My GSO is a Magician that performs only when the bosses are around!

Yes, but half the time: I feel like I'm in primary school all over again!

Frequently: I am willing to learn because I have able and willing mentor.

No: My leader should not even be a leader!!!

Sometimes: He/she must "sel-fish"! My leader only does things for his/her or his/her own friends' benefit.

Yes, but apprently he/she only works part-time! I would not elect my leader if I had the chance.
