Participation Consent You are invited to participate in a research study being conducted by James Rose as part of his PhD program at Regent University. The study is titled “The Effect of American and Nigerian Culture on Antecedents of Ethical Leadership”. A colleague has identified you as an Nigerian leader and recommended that you be invited to participate in this study. Your role in the study is limited to completing a questionnaire, and having three direct reports complete a questionnaire. Steps have been taken to keep responses confidential and no individual results will be published, only groups of data. No risks are anticipated from taking part in this study. If you feel uncomfortable with a question, you can skip that question or withdraw from the study. If you quit before finishing the questionnaire, your answers will NOT be recorded. |
